This is a list of the worst diets that you could try. So, if you are planning to lose weight this year, just do not do it like this!

  1. The Cabbage Soup Diet. If you love cabbage, then you are probably going to enjoy this diet. The concept of this diet is to eat unlimited amount of cabbage soup every day. Well, not sure how long it will take before you get sick of this diet, but that depends. This is not a healthy option, do not try it.
  2. The Raw Food Diet. Not a very good type of diet, although it is good to increase the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat per day. But, do not be afraid of cooking. It does not always destroy the food although some people believe it does.
  3. The Lemonade Master Cleanse Diet. This is a very disgusting diet and it basically allows you to eat nothing. Only to drink very disgusting juice and laxative tea. Oh, and salty water. Well, would you want to try it?
  4. The Cereal Diet. This one does not sound that bad. It allows you to eat a bolw of cereals for breakfast, another for lunch and a small dinner. Well, you would have to be very careful with the type of cereals you buy but still, this diet is really not good.
  5. The Baby Food Diet. Yeah, you are allowed to have regular dinner in the evening, but apart from that you are only allowed to eat jars of baby food.

Neither of these diets is good for a permanent weight loss. If you want to lose your weight, then you need to find a balanced diet that you will enjoy. Basically, you need to learn to eat healthy and stick with it forever.
